Terms and Conditions

By booking with Fran's Frames you agree to the following terms and Conditions:

It is understood that Fran from Fran's Frames (Photographer) is the exclusive, official photographer retained to perform photographic services requested.

Fran's Frames reserves the right to use RAW images, edited images and/or reproductions for advertising, display, marketing, publication or other purposes, not restricted to use on the web, social media, business cards, or posters. If you would not like to have your images used for any of the aforementioned purposes please confirm this via email prior to your session.

No part of any booking, including previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. Payment for prints is required in full at the time of placing an order. Prints will not be ordered until payment is made.

Original RAW photographs are not included, only edits. Fran's Frames retains the right to edit the photographs and omit any images. It is understood that Fran's Frames will not deliver every image taken. Client agrees to abide by the Fran's editing decisions.

Client will receive photos on a digital download private gallery through an email link. Client is responsible for making a backup of all photos from the digital download.  Fran will make every attempt to keep archive copies of photos, but does not guarantee that they will be retained indefinitely.

Client understands that when publishing photos on websites, i.e. personal website, social media, etc., client will not edit the photos in any way, i.e. cropping, adding filters, etc.

Fran's Frames shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of Client’s failure to inform of any specific poses they would like included. Client will be respectful to Fran and all parties being photographed. Fran has the right to end the session, without refund, if there is lack of cooperation or respect.

Client will not hold Photographer or the owner of the property liable for any injury that may occur during the session. 

If the Client cancels the session or does not show up deposits will not be refunded however if Fran has to cancel a session due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances deposits will be refunded in full.
